More of the same

Well I've been back from Aus for about a month now. Training there went really well, Bendigo is a great place if you're a cyclist. The whole town seemed mad on cycling, the weather was fantastic and thanks to Tom Southam we found some great training routes. Racing in the Aussie track nationals was a good way to start the season, although a little difficult to be going well so early in the year. The team put up a good showing with 10 Golds between us all !

Back home the training continues to go well, helped by having fairly good weather and a great coach(Gary Brickley), and now this weekend I ride my first event here this year. It's a 13 mile TT, round 1 of the national series, hopefully my training form will lead to a solid ride.

The team I ride for domestically has a new website now www.arctic-rt.com feel free to have a look !!
