Winter Training

This winter I seem to have got really into the swing of things as far as training goes. Not really been ill although the weather has tried it's best to keep me off the bike.

Yesterday I was being tested in the lab at Brighton University by my coach Gary. The last six weeks training seems to have brought about good gains so 2007 looks to be starting better than 2006.

Sunday sees the start of the next phase with a training camp in Australia . Long endurance rides in the morning, track work in the evening and a gym available for core and strength work inbetween.
