Well this year is turning out to be very up and down. If I think it's going bad something really good happens and if it seems good then the opposite is true.
Not having the best of years in many ways , but I've kept plodding on ,and with Gary's help I've managed eleven wins so far. Best was probably either the pursuit final in the Manchester against Cesar Nazir or my road win in Bilbao.
I've also done some pretty poor rides as well , but I'll just blame others for those !!
I'm now in Gent in Belgium wearing a neck brace after being hospitalized in a tumble on the track here. Crash happened while warming up on the first day of a training camp , so haven't even done a proper effort here yet !
Should change that tomorrow ....I hope.
