Viva Espana

Well last months TT did end in a win for me, but not really a test of form, as a cold and going the wrong way stopped that. Since then I've trained even more and now the results are starting to come. Last week I won a local (able bodied) timetrial and was 2nd in another the first was 50 riders and the other was 120, so I think the form is bubbling through. 5 wins this year so far.

Tomorrow morning I set off for Bilbao to ride my favorite race of the year, a stage race based in Bilbao. A race I've twice gone into the final stage leading, only to lose the yellow jersey. Last year I had no form at all, but was happy to be helping Gary Williams for the overall .(He ended 2nd) So this year I'm really fired up for it, do or die, ready to try and rippppp everyones leggs off !! Of course, the other riders might have different ideas.

Now it's time for me to finish off my packing and then chill in front of the TV and stop thinking of all the feelings of self doubt that stop me sleeping !
