A long season

After the worlds I decided to take a bit of a break before starting my build up for the Pan-american champs in Colombia next month. Unfortunately I forgot that I still had to ride the national track champs, so after 3 days of training and a touch of whiplash in a car accident on the way there, I rode the pursuit... the less said about that the better. it didn't go well !!
Now things are a bit better, training really hard and a trip to Brighton University to do some testing with my coach Gary, showing that the break did me good .

Seem to be spending half my life on the turbo at the moment and with half term this week I've also been tandeming with my son in the forest. Looking forward to another rest after Colombia as this season just never seems to end, started in Australia in January and now won't end till 18th November.

The other news is that the team I ride for is going to be no more, so a big thank you to Pete and Alan for all their support over the last couple of years.
Now I just need to find a team for 2008.
Time to get back on the turbo now !
